Terms and Conditions

The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Curated by Laura Poe LLC and the terms “customer” and “you” refers to the individual who signs this agreement and their travel party. Curated by Laura Poe LLC offers retail travel services to customers, which are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel services. Curated by Laura Poe LLC does not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of the independent travel vendors. Hence, customer agrees that Curated by Laura Poe LLC acts only as agent for the client in acquiring transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing and other privileges, or services for the clients’ benefit, and on the express condition that Curated by Laura Poe LLC shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements, or otherwise in connection therewith. Client understands that it is his/her responsibility to check the latest travel information regarding health protocols and other notices with the CDC: https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/notices. Client understands that it is his/her responsibility to have travel insurance to ensure coverage for medical needs and trip cancellation. Client holds Curated by Laura Poe LLC harmless for his/her election to not purchase travel insurance or any denial of claim by travel insurer as it relates to COVID-19 or any other claim under the policy. Client is aware the travel warnings, restrictions and rules and understands the risks, is accepting of these and holds Curated by Laura Poe LLC harmless for any travel restrictions, death, illness, cancellations by suppliers, hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour agencies or any other travel provider, financial loss, quarantining rules or measures put in place at airports or destinations you are traveling through. Client further agrees to hold Curated by Laura Poe LLC harmless for any financial penalties or fees imposed by the by suppliers, hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour agencies or any other travel provider due to cancellations or postponements and agrees not to institute a credit card dispute or “charge back” to Curated by Laura Poe LLC for said penalties or fees.
